Work is a responsibility that must be implemented by individual. We can see in terms of working in modern thinking now, most people do not enjoy their work. When you not enjoy your work, the productivity is low and you can’t give the 100% quality in your work.

    Are you enjoy with your work now?

For me you can enjoy the work if you like it. And also the work is a part of your profession, every time you can improve your skill to make it better. Nowadays, the trend for graduate student is want a job. They are not concerned with a job, as long as they get the job even if not in our field. So this is trend we can see now.

Are you sure you always give 100% at work?

In my opinion, even though the work is worship, ‘joy in work’ is very important. It can be covering all aspects when we enjoy the work, for example interaction with another staff, performance and commitment.

Happy with your group at office?

                                                            

If you enjoy with your work, you also build more confidence in yourself. So you can focus and give the quality output and happy with your work.

So based on Art Nouveau,we can see the combination of fundamental based on environment. The natural output and originality or work and how the human has relation with environment.

We can see that in the artwork has been done by Art Nouveau Era. All the artwork has been include the architecture, sculpture, painting, decorative arts, literature and also the music.

So from here we know that, all their artwork is more expression and soul from the artist. They create something with nature and make the originality based on nature. So that artist can come out the creative imagination to make the artworks. They free to make an artwork based on their experience. So they enjoy with their works. And the output is great....

So, we see the artist how they enjoy their work during make a painting. New Art refer for the Art Nouveau in French term. This is the movement of colourful in art from the 19^th century.In Italy, Art Nouveau had other name, such as ‘Stile Liberty’ and in Germany they called “Jugendstil or “Youth Style”.

For the paintings of Art Nouveau is Edward Munch’s “The Scream” and will be create in 1893 and show at La Maison de I’Art Nouveaux gallery.
